    Pharmacist in Sudbury, ON
    Temporary, Part-Time (1 year contract)

    About the Position

    The Pharmacist will be following direction from the Designated Manager and is responsible for the implementation of all clinical activities.   We are seeking candidates who are compassionate, caring and who can understand the challenges our patients and their families face.   The ideal candidate is responsible for creating an environment that ensures patients to make the healthiest choice possible for their future.   Working within a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, you have excellent patient-centered pharmacy practice and decision-making skills that support your ability to remain calm in high stress and pressurized work environments.

    As a member of the patient care team, you will perform key functions such as ensuring the completion of professional development activities required by CATP and CATC.   You have completed post-secondary education in Pharmacy and must have a Part A pharmacist registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists governing body; as well as a certification or expected certification in CAMH Opioid Dependence Treatment.    With at least two (2) years’ experience with Kroll Software and excellent leadership skills, you will be able to maintain good relationships with CATC physicians and clinic staff.

    Employment Terms

    Position: The successful candidate will work 2-3 days per week.
