    Pharmacy Assistant in North Bay, ON
    Permanent, Full-Time


    About the Position

    We are seeking candidates who are compassionate, caring and who can understand the challenges our patients and their families face. As the ideal candidate you are a pharmacy assistant who is responsible for assisting the pharmacy team in the preparations of medications and supporting them with optimal patient care. Working within a busy pharmacy or clinical environment, you have excellent communication and time-management skills.

    As a member of the patient care team, you will perform key functions such as providing assistance with technical functions for patients, while assisting the pharmacist in the safe and effective delivery of medication. You have completed post-secondary education in Pharmacy or related field and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. With at least two years’ experience with Kroll Software and proficient with the Microsoft Platform; you have excellent pharmacy management and technical skills.
