About the Position
The Territory Manager, Pharmacy Operations (TM) provides leadership to a team of Pharmacy Managers. The TM is accountable for the operational success of the pharmacy locations within their designated territory in South East Ontario.
Specific Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Manage a multi-site P&L statement and assist in attaining target metrics
- Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health of the operations and improve performance where needed
- Actively monitor the delivery of patient care services within the territory
- Provide support and coaching to facilitate a team of strong leaders, business operators and service experts
- Perform recruitment, selection, onboarding/orientation and performance management activities
- Develop and maintain positive, professional and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strengthen community partnerships to maximize business opportunities
We are seeking candidates with
- Post-Secondary education in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ retail management experience; managing multiple sites, departments or units
- Experience in healthcare is an asset
- Working level knowledge and comfort with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to travel within specified region (approximately 60-80%)
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is required
